Terms & Condition

1. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage. The Client is responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, sensitive surfaces, aftermarket modifications, or delicate components. Vistellea is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, defects, or conditions worsened by normal detailing processes (e.g., faded paint, clear-coat failure, loose trim, cracked plastics, rust, water leaks through faulty seals, or electrical faults). We document vehicle condition before service and recommend the Client remove all personal belongings beforehand. Vistellea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

2. Results Expectations. Detailing improves the appearance and condition of a vehicle but cannot guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, swirls, odors, or imperfections, particularly those that are permanent or set-in. Photos shown are examples and individual results may vary based on the vehicle's starting condition.

3. Payment. A 25% deposit is required to book and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quoted prices may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition requires significantly more time, product, or labor than the selected package covers; the Client will be notified before additional work is performed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The 25% deposit is non-refundable for client cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows. Vistellea reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse service at any time, including due to weather, unsafe conditions, or if a vehicle's condition, contents, or access differs significantly from what was described. If Vistellea cancels and no service has been performed, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled appointment.

5. Access & Timing. The Client agrees to provide reasonable, safe access to the vehicle and, for mobile service, adequate space, water, and/or power if required. Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition.

6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistellea's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Vistellea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address reasonable concerns.
